What is your role in our support team?

We need your help to realize our ambitions! Within us Forensic Investigation support team, we are looking for a Support Specialist who can help us manage our existing products and projects and who can support the launch of a brand new product. As a support specialist you provide first- and second-line support. Remote, but also on-site with our customers in Northern and Western Europe. You also advise customers on the use and design of our products in their environments and you play an important role in supporting a number of prestigious European projects.

Because we have short lines within ZiuZ, you can make a good contribution to the further development of our products, projects and processes.

What are you bringing?

We think that a relevant education in ICT (MBO/HBO) is necessary to be able to perform this position.

In addition:

• you have at least 5 years of work experience in managing software and hardware products;
• you have knowledge of Windows Server and preferably also Linux;
• you have knowledge of network equipment;
• you have experience with SQL Database configuration and management, experience with MariaDB is an advantage;
• experience with NoSQL Database configuration and management (e.g. Elastic Search) is an advantage;
• you are customer-oriented and have strong communication skills;
• you work in a structured and precise manner;
• know how to set priorities;
• you master the English and German language, both spoken and written; and
• are you willing to travel, especially within Europe?
